Job profile- 

Monitor Operations and Sequence of all machinery including start up and shut down. 

Changeovers to customer specifications.

Hourly quality control checks using micrometers and tape measure.

Prepare, maintain, and handle tools and equipment used for production procedures.

Monitor the equipment to ensure material and parts are sufficiently available.

Inspect and ensure finish products meet the quality control specifications.

Operated the plastic extrusion machines in my department.

Did trouble shooting on the machines when issues come.

Ensured all product met company quality standards.

Took internally created scrap materials and reprocessed them back into a form to be used by production.

Grind-ed the plastic into pellets to be stored for reprocessing.

Kept the department and machines clean and swept.

Controlled the amount of scrap produced.
