ERP Implementation Responsibilities 

Taking online demo sessions with the clients. 

Involved in Implementing the ERP in phases right from the word ?Go? to till final hand over of the system at client locations as per Detail Project Plan. 

Following ?Implementation Guideline Chart? for achieving the target dated of implementation On-site-wise. 

Technical level interaction with Client. 

Extensive User training at all levels. 

Attending periodic project review meetings with the clients. 

Change Management ? Implementation of Changes and patches 

Periodic updating of ERP in-line with changes in Business dynamics and customer feedback.

Deployment and monitoring of resources for processing large volumes of data to achieve deadlines. 

Create an opportunity to generate additional revenue per customer for up-selling more of related modules and other products .
