IN MOULDING SHOP

Mould loading & Unloading

Set and maintain optimum process parameters and fine tune the process to ensure productivity.

Working out solutions for day to day problems like molding defects & operation activities.

Having experience in Injection Molding machines ranging from 40T to 1300T with process trouble shooting.

Handling of Hot Runner Moulds & Multi core Moulds, two plate moulds, side core moulds, three plate moulds

Executing continuous improvement measures for increasing reliability of the production line.

Ensuring attainment of production & quality targets by making optimum utilization of manpower
