Job profile- 

Prepare the product design specification, integration documents and estimated cost calculation

Design of plastic, rubber, sheet metal, sintered material parts considering the IP, UL and ROHS standard

PCB design- board outlines preparation, providing proper keep outs for parts and traces

Interact with other departments such as electronics team members, PCB designer, instruments 

testing members, service team members and marketing team members for their inputs or 

feedback if any and implementing accordingly

Prepare preliminary and final BOM (bill of material) considering part minimization without loss 

in product performance

Preparing 2d drawings, QAP and part approval documents

Preparation of ISO documentation of the projects

Development of prototypes by SLS, SLA, FDM, VC methods
