Preparing work orders and work location.

Planning day to day activities, Production schedule allocating work for achievement of Production targets.

Planning of raw material requirement, man power adjustment and follows it up with Production Manager.

Planning of daily, weekly, monthly production budget and execution of production plan.

Preparing the Break down, maintenance & Preventive maintenance check list and follow up.

Implementing and maintaining the Integrated Management System such as maintaining production records as per ISO requirements, developing non-conformity reports and its corrective actions.
