Handling  50 ton to 2200 ton machines

Ensuring 5S  in shop floor

Ensure and check proper filling of hourly production report, m/c check sheet

Maintaining Production according to customer requirements.

Daily update of activities on all data sheets

Improvement with Kaizan & Maintain with  Red bin  analysis.
