From Apr 2017 to Feb 2018 as printing Technician. Work on comexi-1508-8- colour machine.



Previously Worked  in Parakh flexipacks Ltd. Bhandgav

From June 2014 to Apr 2017 as assist. operator Can handle miraflex 8 colour.



ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Production Planning & Control

Review job orders to determine job specifications such as production time, color sequence and quantities required.

Mounting plates details and make necessary adjustments.

Make measurements, adjustments and settings to control color and viscosity.

Set up press and check samples for ink coverage, alignment and registration.

Maintain all quality aspects, Print Production Reports & job Specifications.

Continual improvement in printing to reduce wastage's & increase productivity.

Working experience with Solvent based inks and OPVs on various types of material like Polyethylene Film, Paper, Aluminum Foil, Polyester Film, BOPP and Composite substrates.

Wastage reduction, Optimum utilization of resources. Responsible for Preventative maintenance of machine.

Miraflex 8 CO-LOUR

COMEXI FW 1508 8 CO-LOUR.

Soloflex 8 COLOUR

KYMC  ECO 6 CO-LOUR  AND  Extrusion  orientates machinery,  sliter-2.1m,1.3m machines  can handling

Miraflex  AM 8 Co-lour Machine.

Roto gravure 888  9colour machine (bobst).
