Possess good communication and analytical skills to guide hot issue responses

Participating in design reviews and clearly articulating design concepts

Performing of design feasibility, serviceability and manufacture ability

Develop molding presses functional specification and acceptance criteria

Ability to lead and work as a team in local and globally

Ensure safety and housekeeping standards are maintained

Train the people according to the respective product standards.
