Approves incoming materials by confirming specifications through visual inspection and measurement; rejecting and returning non-conformance materials

Have wide knowledge in Product Testing, Action Plan, CMR, Root Cause Analysis, Control Plan, Process Flow Diagram

Oversee and participate in the CAPA process including the writing, review and approval of CAPAs

Facing & experiencing of Internal Process audit

Making documents like Paint Trial report, Observations, inspection report, Paint Consumption Report for new product launch and regular product 

Organizing & lead a Process & Production team of 20 Members

Working with production operators, production leaders and other technical support staff in handson troubleshooting of technical problems
