Responsibilities :-

* Responsible for new mould trials modification till mould approved for production.

* Carrying out breakdowns & preventive maintenance of molds.

* Man power Planning in absence of Supervisor & work distribution.

* Maintenance of all tool room machines, like LATHE, MILLING, EDM, etc & pneumatic tools.

* Day to day mould spares and tools ordering & inventory control.

* Carrying out modification in moulds to tool-room workers and down line members of  tool room.

* Monthly shift schedule arrangement for workers.

* Manufacturing of different parts required for other department.

* SAP documentation and departmental efficiency checking.

* If require visit to group plants associate producers and vendors to solve critical problems in moulds.
