Pouching machines (Totani, Waterline, Thimonier, Mamta, XL Plastic etc.)

Extrusion machines (W & H, Reifenhauser, Windsor etc.)

Hot-Melt machines (self-made) + Air Compressor

All above machineries consisting of various type of pneumatic system,

Installation of Printing, Pouch, Lamination, Slitting, Diaphragm and Extrusion (Zipper and Blown) machines.

Installation of Air Compressor, Chiller, Boiler, DG Set etc.

To develop new arrangement/tooling equipment to make special types of pouches (zip lock and four side gusset pouches).

Upgradation of old machines



Other Responsibilities

To look after all maintenance related activities.

To maintain health condition of machines so it can run at optimum speed.

Preparation of preventive maintenance schedule for machines health restoration.

To maintain records as per requirements.

Raising indents to procure machines spares and follow up from purchase departments.

To plan maximum utilization of manpower on the machine, to maximize productivity.

Always trying to make huge quantity with best quality and reach the  production target.

Special focus for hygiene and safety of food products.

As a good team leader in production and maintenance team perform all important work.

Minimizes the machines? running rejection.
