Job Profile : 

Preparation of design feacibility, 3d mold design, bill of material, electrod 3d-2d,and assembly drawings of injection mold using NX and Auto CADD 2013 LT.

Complete Design of Plastic Injection Mold as per the Customer Requirements. 

Design modifications on existing tools as per ECN

Participate in FT(Feasibility team) meeting, in that will conclude matching areas, critical dimensions and machining feasibility.

2D & 3D Conversion of engineering parts. assembly

Work closely with customers to fulfill improvement in design methodology

Maintains all documents with the latest revision status.

Coordinate with Project Engineer to ensure the regarding parts to meet the requirements and specification.
