Job Profile :

Design and extraction of electrodes from 3D model variet of injection moulding parts.

Select material ,prepare 2D drawing  from 3D models.

Prepare toolings according to specification and EDM operation of complex 3D profiles of inserts like core and cavities.

Extensive use of blueprints, process plans,and programs sheets,holding fixture location Diagram.

Upload part programes to the machine from computer.

Responsible for 1st piece approval.

Having Knowledge about precision measuring instruments to set up machine and check machined items.

Maintain clean and safe environment.

Non essential duties

Support for other cell operations in the machine shop as needed and may perform other responsible duties on absence of shop supervisor.
