And after the discussion over, I have to plan for the concept design as per the customer requirement 

The software which I have used for concept & model designing is NX 11 with simulation process

After the concept has been completed the customer DAP meeting has been conducted

After the DAP approval then the detail drawing has been taken for manufacturing process

I started my work as tool troubleshooting and tool maintenance,

And as well as a team has given under me to maintain press tool and jigs & fixture maintenance,

And started working on VMC machine operating and programming (COSMOS CVM 1060) by using NX 10 and CIMCO EDIT 8 software and the process is 

ELECTRODE machining, MOLD core and cavity machining, Automation machining and assembly, etc

The achievement with VMC machine is, using of minimum endmill cutter of dia 1 ball nose cutter and flat cutter,

And updating and maintaining of documents such as tool request, tool PM check list, tool room logs etc.,

And simultaneously tool designing work done by using AUTOCAD and NX 10 modeling software with simulation, 

And got a best performance award from managing director (for continuously working till 7 days without rest)



Press Tool Manufacturing (Junior Engineer),

April 2016 to November 2017

Job Profile : 

My starting position is CDM machine operator (MANFORD M1TR), the process is,to manufacturing of press tool, gauges and jigs & fixture, the operations likedrilling, milling, boring, taper drilling, etc

And expertise in fit machining like press fit, sliding fit, knockout fit etc

And maintaining and handling of gauges like dial gauge, thread gauge, bore gauge, feeler gauges,

Simultaneously tool assembly, press tool troubleshooting and maintaining of a variety of tooling, dies and fixtures, the dies includes progressive, compound, forming, notching and bending,

Close tolerance precision grinding and other, 

And after 1 year, I started working as a VMC machine operator (FANUC OM mate), and as well as programming using NX 8 and CIMCO EDIT 8 software, The operations like precision milling, profile milling, drilling etc 

And tool designing by using AUTOCAD and NX part modeling by using of proper GD&T,

And welding work done for fabricating works using ARC WELDING, 2

And then my position goes up to VMC programmer and new tool trial taking and part approval,

And operating of conventional machining like ANIL bench lathe, MANFORD M1TR machine, manual surface grinding, hydraulic surface grinding, power 

hacksaw machine, press machine, FANUC OM MATE VMC machine.

Welding, grinding and matching work done for burr issues and die polishing
