Modifying the old tools with new concepts by design modification.

Avoiding the quality issues in the components by adopting new techniques.

Achievements

Successfully implemented the fully hot runner injection moulds, Bi-injection moulds, stack moulds and rotation moulds, successfully achieved injection & Bi-injection moulds with IMC(In mould close).

Successfully completed the trail and dispatches for UNILEVER, ITC, TUPPER WARE, MARICO, and DABUR products.

Thinning and tearing problem was fully eradicated in all injection moulds.

Successfully completed the moulds assembly for all the himalaya product moulds.

Implemented manufacturing concepts like 5S, QC.
