Achieve the department objective.

Achieve the production target.

Manpower handling.

Solve the processing problem and trouble shooting.

Preparation of daily production report.

Quality control.

Training to subordinates.

Implementation and routine documentation.

Solve the daily quality related problem.

Complete fill the all molding document for data storage.

New mold & material trial.

Analysis of both in-house and customer end rejection and make counter measure to minimize the same.

Identify area of opportunities  and support continual improvement of the quality management system.

Co-ordinate with worker and team.

Preparing monthly shift schedule.

Maintain monitor and ensure 5s activities.

Cycle time optimization.

Prepare monthly material planning.

Prepare & arrange monthly packing material.

Ensure that all staff are appropriate trained to meet the job specific requirement of there role.
