Taking new parts trial.

Validation of new products, validating process parameters.

Updating of reports & daily OEE. ? Making of monthly KPI data.

Making plan of daily dispatch.

Inward raw material. 

Planning, promoting and executing 5S on shop floor, trainings. 

Root cause analysis for rejection, breakdown, corrective preventive actions.

Organize training activities related to quality, reliability, productivity improvement, safety culture. 

Prepare SOP, Work instructions, process flow. 

Training and awareness to operator about 5S, Kaizen, fire safety, work safety etc.
