Job Profile : 

Handling production with respect to plan production, quality & other commercial activities.

Handling Advance/Microprocessor injection molding machine. from 250T to 1150T  injection molding machine with Robotics system.

Technical knowledge of molding parameters. 

Ability to decision making to handle manpower.

Root cause analysis & problem solving of defects such as short shots, flash, sink mark, air bubble, cold slug well, contamination, patch mark, weld line, flow mark, silver streaks, shrinkage, burn marks, jetting, discolorations, etc.

To minimize rejection and to control the production cost.

To improve on productivity & reduce machine downtime by proper planning and effective preventive maintenance. 

To flow the production plan and review production target.

Daily production planning, production report & material requisition.

Smooth working of unit and developing & implementing TPM, OEE, 5S, SMED, TQM, JIT, FMEA, Kaizen, analysis 

Analysis the different types of problem and data like product defect and breakdown, etc. 

Imparting awareness training regarding industrial safety management system.
