Job Profile : 

Supervising, training, developing, mentoring and assisting the Injection department staff. Assessing their capabilities and maximizing their effectiveness

Work with the tooling team on problem dies and overall process improvement

Perform troubleshooting and process adjustments to thermoforming equipment

Manage and train Operators in maximizing extrusion output and yield performance

Create training/certification program for production process and machinery

Continuously improve processes to achieve best output without compromising quality

Create a training/certification program for production and machinery

Performs minor machine maintenance such as oiling machines, dies, or work-pieces

Establish an effective working relationship with operators, group lead, and department support

Achieve and maintain extruders with established cycle time and process parameters

Start	production	with	maintaining quality & trouble shooting

Handle plastic injection molding machine horizontal & vertical with inserts Mould trial.

Production	Responsibility ? Achieve production target with standard cycle time, no loss of power, minimum wastage of raw material
