Leading the shift technicians and supervisors for the? injection moulding,sealing,sleeving,wadding, assembly, printing and labelling machines.

Adherence to preventive maintenance schedule for all machines.

Attending the Electrical and mechanical breakdowns for the Extrusion blow molding,injection molding machines.

Troubleshooting of control panels, Pneumatics, hydraulic circuits,switch-gear, sensors,PLC,heaters,HMI,Vfds, Servo systems,robo(Omron),vision

systems, transducers.

Having knowledge of chillers,cooling towers,SCADA,HT & LT system,Air compressors(screw type) transformers,Diesel generators, AHUs,dehumidifiers,dryers,circuit breakers.

PET husky 400 Machine and Silo equipment installation.EBM machine installation.

Preparation of down time reports and break down analysis report.

Strictly following PTW,safety procedures and company policies.

Preparation of Energy reports(KWH/Kg) for plant and machinery.Analsing the privatepower for plant.

Cost saving in spares and doing CIP projects.

Shutdown planning and shift scheduling.

Preparation of maintenance department budget.

Procurement of spares from OEM and maintaining minimum level for critical spares.

Implementing the CIP projects and kaizen.
