Knowledge Of The Field As Per Experience :

Injection Moulding. 

Having a good control on operating all kind of Injection Moulding Machines and related accessories like MTC, Granulator etc.

Good experience on processing of cold runner, hot sprue, split type, side core type and unscrewing type multi cavity injection moulds.

Having a good experience on troubleshooting of components in hot runner, split type, unscrewing type multi cavity injection moulds.

Enough Knowledge over processing of engineering plastics for all moulds.

Good processing experience of plastics like PP, PPCP ABS, SAN ,PS, PC, DELRIN, RUBBER, PET etc.

Having good knowledge about both types of injection machines mould maintenance.

IBM- Injection Blow Moulding.

EBM- Extrusion Blow Moulding.



Industrial Training :
