Job Profile : 

Provide assistance to the store manager in his day-to-day tasks.

Making Purchase and PO, GRN in system as well as manual entries in Register.

Receiving, Moving, Checking and Storing Incoming Goods

Checking and Inspecting Goods received and ensuring they are of accurate quantity, Type and also acceptable quality.

Labelling and storing goods that have arrived at the warehouse.

Making sure that all inventory processes are completed on the same day.

Moving and?organizing?stock.

Consumption entries in the System.

Inspect items and products for any  damages

Manage day-to-day operations of physical stoke Taking

Oversee and supervise Associate's and other store staff to ensure adherence to company policies

Assist with procurement of necessary items, including restocking needs

Answer phone calls and respond to store-related emails and other communications

Timely Stock Taking and Inspection

Maintain and monitor store inventory 

Generate and review daily store report

Issuing material and maintain Issue Reports.
