Helicopter Division: Tail boom FAI assembly proved with zero defects. 

Having a good knowledge on Aircraft sub assembly process. 

Knowledge on assembly Riveting, Tagging, Kitting, Sealing and trimming process.

Preventive planning for assembly requirements of sheet metal components.

Strong knowledge on assembly Jigs & fixtures.



Manufacturing Experience 

Programming for Water jet machine - Flow XD Mach 4 (3axis) and CNC Routing machine -Flex cam (3axis). 

Knowledge on fabrication machines such as Water Jet Cutting, CNC Routing, CNC Shearing, Punch Press, Hydraulic Rubber Press, Rolling machine and Ink Jet Marking Machine. 

Having a good experience in 320 Ton Press Brake Machine (ADS 40320 DURMA MAKE ? CYBELEC Software).
