Review, verify Material Test Certificates (MTC) with reference standard/Customer specification and cross check the incoming material with the help of PMI machine

Monitor all quality related activities at site. (Manage functionally Q. C. in Production)

Attend & prepare documents regarding AS and ISO quality management system & customer audit.

Conduct the training program of use of various measuring & testing instruments for inspectors.

Organize & attend TPI inspections at site.

Support the Quality inspectors to ensure that product & processes comply with the relevant requirements of the QMS

Daily attend Quality review problem and rejection analyses.

Maintaining History card for Instruments and gauges with calibration test certificates.
