Having very good knowledge & experience on production with material formulation, machine operation & troubleshooting.

Machines I worked/working as follows:

LUIGI BAND-ERA SPA(7-Layer POD & Barrior Film)

Windsor Machines Ltd(7-Layer POD & Barrior Film)

Kabra Extrusion Technique Ltd(3-LAYER POD FILM)

Products are as follows:

Symmetric & Asymmetric Barrier film (like PA-EVOH-PA film, PE-PA-PE film, PE-EVOH-PE Film) 

Flexi tank, Silo Bag, Greenhouse Film, Container Liner, Liner Bag(Food & Pharma Grade), Mulch Film, etc.



Production Planning & Control :

Execute plant production in order to meet the production target.

Ensure availability of adequate raw material.

Implement work schedules.

Ensure proper stock handling inclusive of consumable parts and spares.

Monitoring and supervision of the entire process.

Strictly ensure the compliance with the virgin to approve ratio.

Minimize the rejection and wastage.



Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

Ensure routine maintenance of equipment and identify emerging problems and communication to related dept.

Taking immediate action during trouble shooting and ensure correction in the minimum possible time.

Minimizing the Breakage of films in the production process.



Product and Process Knowledge :

Able to implement the production schedule.

Able to Understand of raw material, equipment and process flows / operations.

Ability to apply principles, technical applications and procedures for production as per product standards and customer requirements.

Ability to understand importance of SOP creation and Implementation

Ensure waste minimization.



Training & Project:

AUTOCAD & PRO-E from Central Tool Room & Training Centre, Bhubaneswar.

One month Training at Windsor Machines Ltd, Ahmadabad in Multilayer Blown Film Extrusion Machines.

Project on Manufacturing of Hand Injection Mould & Press Tool for production of washer.

Development of wood fibre composite & analysis of their application to replace the natural domestic furniture.
