Down time analysis report generation .

To manage a team operator & supervisors to achive the production target set by management with good quality result and less rejection 

Attending visitors to the company.

Making request ion of consumable items.

Maintain and availability of plant equipment / accessories.

Oprating calendar m/c & planatry extruder single extruder & winding m/c .

Taking care of workers.

Handle shift manpower & ensuring the availability of sufficient manpower & Maintaining workers data base (present/absent/leve etc).

Cross checking process parameter.

On line trouble shooting.

Making daily input output & process observation report.

Machine specific product planning.
