Maintain stock reports (daily issues, daily GRN?S, weekly stock consumption reports, reconciliation reports)

To arrange the material to issue to Production store issues and Note the Material Received Notes follow-ups and update Track Sheet of raw material.

Monthly store stock Verification and Stock Valuation and Reporting to Head.

Good Inwards Material Receiving and Inspecting generating the GRN in SAP & ERP.

Maintaining the Record of the material inwards and outwards.

Stores material issues and generating the stock journal in SAP and Reservation creating in SAP, ERP, & Excel.

Maintaining Written books for issues and Excel files.

Creating Purchase requisition in SAP & ERP, Material follow-up.

Receiving the material and verifying the related Documents & raise the MRR (Material Received Receipt).

To enable better control of inventories.Various methods of stock verification. Monthly & Annual stock taking and check the theoretical usage, Stock reconciliations, Inventory values, Stock consumption.

Creating Purchase Order in SAP & ERP

Making Invoice and E-way Bill
