Working as a document controller in company and responsible for SOP review, change initiation and destruction of old SOP and formats and implementation of new records in system.

Verification of documents and give GDP trainings.

Maintain tracker Management.

Process Audit of manufacturing area and share the finding.

Responsible for managing pest control activities in plants.

Customer complaint handling and share the action plan to the customer against complaint by using CCH software.

Handling Line trial of new product and share the report.

Handling Process change request.

Deviation handling.

Maintaining inspection reports of all delivery lot.

Handling Change Control Management, MRM and mock recall.

Process Audit of manufacturing area and share the finding.
