Job Profile : 

Oversee the production planning Ensure optimum quality and achieve production targets. Managing over 4 

Departments with production plans, Ensure shop floor discipline. Sub-ordinate development and training for increased 

productivity.

Production planning & control

Overall production plan and schedule based on the production release note (PRN), customer Delivery Dates

capacity planning and utilizing the overall equipment, tool and labour to meet the production plan als 

incorporate lead times to each activity to meet the Delivery schedule.

Scheduling

Reviewing Monthly, Weekly and Day wise plans and sales forecast changing production plan as per customer 

requirements and shipping schedules.

Inventory management maintain accurate inventory of raw material and finished goods and advising to 

production team any shortage or overage of goods, Manual count over all finished goods and raw material for 

daily and monthly stock analysis, assist in quarterly inventory Audits and counts (and Maintain 35% inventory 

in shop floor).

Stock analysis

Maintain sufficient stock for Raw material, work in process, finished good, and consumables . 

Dispatch monitoring and tracking

Monitoring Dispatch and tracking material with logistics and transport agent to reach in time of customer 

requirements.

Team coordination with Marketing and sales, production, procurement, packing, logistics and Dispatch teams to maintain inventory and achieve production plans SAP PP Modules

Maintaining production control system using ERP system to streamline the scheduling process, production 

master data creating and conforming production process and related goods movement occur in plant and storage location levels

Recycling management wastage process scrap and recycling the scrap metal and materials.
