Manpower handling.

Daily production report prepared and send E-mail. And production data entry in Spreed om.

Trouble shooting of running products (EBM ) to quality requirement.

Responsible for all blow moulding production as per planning provided.

Responsible for overall moulding rejection and maintaining the same up to 2% in moulding process and 5% in IML moulding process.

Assisting to operators for any mould changeover.

Making master setting chart for products.



Machine Handling (CMP & MEPER)

200 ml. to 1 Ltr. Single & Double Heads and Double Station. 2 Ltr. to 5 Ltr. Double station Central Machinery & Plastic products,

1 Ltr. to 5 Ltr. Blow Moulding Single Head, Double Head, three Head Four Head China Machine,

Basic knowledge of Person Programming.

Basic knowledge of IML Robot.
