Production planning & scheduling as per our order requirement and stock availability.

Monitoring the Production, Maintenance and work flow.

Control the down time and rejection

Manpower Planning, allotment & controling

Maintaining all Machines output within the Safer Limit.

Programming the required printing matters in ink jet printers & monitoring the proper functional conditions.

Maintenance of All extrusion machineries and ancillary equipment?s Leadership qualities and very good networking with people

To look after over all activities of machine shop department

Well familiar with machine shop activities details knowledge of machine components & tools

To maintain norms wise production report

Expertise in Plastic Pipes & Profile Production, Processing & Tooling in HDPE ,MDPE, PVC materials. Pipe dia from 20mm to 400mm.

Production knowledge of HDPE, PVC Extrusion & formulation

Experience in Maintenance of all Extrusion machinaries and ancillary equipment
