Presently working as a Maintenace Engineer with PVC pipes and fittings factory since 2001 

Responsible for  entire plant machine maintenance and troubleshooting work. Handling all types of problems i.e. electrical, mechanical, electronics, hydrualics and pneumatics. Involved in processing and production activities as per requirement. 

Plant consists  29 extrusion lines, 30 injection moulding machine. Utility-air compressors -8nos, water chillers-12nos. Compound mixers-6 nos. knowledge of compounding and proceesing as wel.

Reporting to Production manager. 



2 years in Nigeria

Responsible for production and maintenance activities. Installed and commisioned injection and blow moulding machine indepedently.



6 years in Bahrain

Responsible for all types of maintenance work. Plant consist of 10 extrusion R-PVC lines and 2 PE lines. Responsible for utilities machines like aircompressor water chiller and lab testing machines. post-maitenance supervisor. 



8 years in India

Worked in various plastic processing lines like injection moulding, blow moulding PVC, PP, PE pipes in prodution and maintenance as wel.

Worked in machine manufaturing industries like injection and blow moulding, single and

twin screw R-PVC, ASB machines as a service engineer in India.
