Job Profile:  

Make recommendations for improvements to work processes.

Responsible for data management, analyzing performance, identifying problems and developing recommendations that support supply chain/logistics management.

Establishes checkpoints on work-in-progress to guarantee accuracy of work performed. Communicates issues to plant personnel. Sales department and customer.

Work closely with the production manager and senior management to manage schedule.

Create work orders and schedule the releases of work orders to designated work centers.



Production Planner

Provide input and feedback to management regarding schedule performance and adherence.

Implements and manages systems and/or procedures which improve efficiency of activity and support cost down improvements.

Develop short-term and long term production forecasts including backlogs, unplanned work and rework orders.

DTSi Technology ? DTSi means Digital Twin Spark ignition. Normally engines are fitted with one spark plug for ignition, dtsi engine have two spark plug for ignition located at opposite ends of the combustion chamber and hence fast and efficient combustion obtained.

Weight Lifting Trolley ? In the present day very large numbers of industries having a problem of weight transfer for which they use load lifting machines which are very costly for small industries. Hence to save cost this work is done manually and production time got wasted.So small industries required any equipment for such work which is suitable for their budget. We decided to solve this problem and made a model of weight lifting trolley by using threading shaft, bolt, electric motor and transmission system which is in economical limit.
