To check incoming material. On line production quality checking. Total quality control for production. Fill up all quality related and records of daily testing reports. On line testing of HDPE Pipes As per IS :4984-1995. On line testing of HDPE Pipes As per IS :14333-1996. Fill up all testing and processing parameter report. Maintenance the lab instrument . On line checking in mixer compound for pipes. On line production checking for Extruder Dept. to final stage Reporting directly to MD .
