Provide Overall Management of the on going production operations

Including inventory control, scheduling, documentation and in process quality control & inspection.

Effective Loom and Needle Loom Planning to control material sortage in FIBC production.

Section wise production planning to smooth running of FIBC lines.

Overseeing the production process, drawing up the production schedule and ensuring that the production process is cost effective.

Achieving target of production and timely delivery material to achieve sales target of the company.

Compliance of all duties towards FIBC/Domestic bags production activity accountable for implement/educate employee on production process.

Reducing delay in production process.

Reviewing the performance of the employees and identify any necessary needs.

Accountable for providing appropriate support for bag making, assembly of various products etc.

Responsibility towards smooth operations entire production process & systems for both the units.

Managing blends of inputs given as per instructions.
