Presently working with a leading company.

Job Responsibility:-

a). Formulated 8 various compositions & prepared the polymer based soft contact lenses which resulted in good & economically feasible final product.

b). Synthesized hydroxyethyl methacrylate monomer and polymerized the above composition by radiation and thermal methods to obtain products, which achieved about 85 to 90% of properties of market contact lens sample.

c). Analyzed thermoplastics, thermosets, rubbers of both finished and semi - finished products ranging from adhesives to pipes for their mechanical, optical, thermal, physical and chemical properties as per the requirement of customers based on ASTM and ISO standards

d). Prepared polyester-polyol which is used to make the flexible packaging adhesives.

e). Made polyurethane / emulsion blends for substituting lamination adhesive characterized and tested for shear strength.

Future Goals: 
To equip myself to look after production, quality, raw material purchase, planning segments and bettering the reliability of the company.
