Job Profile :

Take care of complete production as per the production schedule

Arrange the raw material as per the requirement for production

Coordinate with the production manager and prepare the production report.

Take care of pipe production as per the production schedule and company STD.

Take care of pipe hydro test as per the pipe specification.

After finish the pipe follow up to prepare the Tally sheets and delivery to the shipping department.

Take care of all production machines make the maintenance request for preventive maintenance to avoid the down time for production machine.

Take care of all the Yard activities such as carpentry, pipe packages, forklifts, transferring the pipes.

Attend the production meeting and discuss and explain about the production to

the management.

Take care of complete safety of all the employees and the machines as per the company safety requirements.

Inspection of pipes and prepare the QC inspection report.

To find out all the defects in Fiber Glass Pipes
