PET mould trial at mould manufacturing vendor company  and suggesting correction & improvement decision.

Handling trial & demonstration, inspection of PET mould, air compressor & grinder for EXPORT purpose

Managing Husky HYPET (AE) Installation with HUSKY Service Engineers.

Taking Average Weight, Perpendicularity & Wall thickness Variation of the preform

Checking temperature through laser temperature gun

Monitor statistical process control (SPC) for actual parameter vs standard parameter.

Attending customer complaints and resolving them least possible time.

Supervising all operations carried out in plastics component manufacturing such as planning & executing production of moulded component to ensure effective utilization of resources.

Calculating cycle-time of machines and running them on cycle-time to reduce ideal time and increase productivity.

Gathering quality feedback from QC department about previous shift?s production and taking steps to prevent re-occurrence in one?s own shift

Maintaining specification of plastics moulded components like visual inspection, checking physical dimensions and quality during process.

Ensuring deployment of workmen on machine as per right man for the right job? principle
