Update the production plan to production team

Monitoring the running production

Trouble shooting the Processing problems in Extruder

ERP Entries

Daily Compare the Rejection Percentage and doing some analysis to reduce the rejections 

Conducting all in process checks as per the frequencies defined in the procedures & provides feedback to the production department to ensure right quality product is delivered to the further processing.

Maintain all Quality documents as per BIS Standard.

Maintaining Trial Records 

Checking of in process & Finished Goods as per Quality plan. 

Identified root causes for recurring errors and suggested action to resolve the same.

Total Quality Assurance of product from incoming material up to customer end.

Handling the all testing equipment?s as per IS 4985 and IS 12818.

Control and monitor weight and check all quality parameters of pipe.
