Job Profile: 

Machine wise planning of the orders from the Marketing.

Verification of Formulation sheet & Raw material Planning for the order.

Scheduling the Order by considering the Dispatch date, Machine Efficiency & Specifications, Reduce Changeover wastage, quality of the Product, colour changeover & output.

Supervising Production of RPVC Films by calendaring Process.

Setting of Process parameters of the machine.

Handling Calendaring machine.

Handling Planetary Extruder.
