1Over all handling and responsible for performance of Extrusion-Multi Layered Blown Film Plant, Extrusion lamination (Er We Pa Tandem line & Slitting Machines.

Overall controlling the process of Multilayer Blown film (Co-extrusion). 2 M/c are Varex (W&H-Germany). Output : 550 Kg?s / Hr & 700 Kg?s / Hr.

Arranging Raw Materials, Production Planning schedule, Man Power Planning, 

To ensure to keep all machines running as per PPC.

Trouble shooting of Co-ex film (Blown Film) Machine is of Reifenhauser (Germany).

Leading a team of group to meet timely production targets Safety, Quality & Quantity.

Scrutinizing Daily, Weekly & Monthly Reports and initiating corrective actions as & when required.

Reducing Job Change over Time, Increasing Machine Utilization & Wastage controls.?
