Company Profile: Manufacturer of automotive plastic parts like seat catches, door trim, roof moulding, weathering strip, foot rest etc. Customer are MSIL, Ford, Fiat, Tata Motors, SKH, S.I, Trim India, HHI.

Job Profile: 

Production in charge of extrusion process of molding  roofs, door trims and seat catches.

Responsible for optimizing extrusion, molding processes, power press operation, and cell equipment to facilitate high levels of quality, reliability capability.

Coordination with planning department to achieve target production.

Production declaration and reporting to management .

Process troubleshooting and maintain efficiency of process.

Productivity improvement (Time & Method study).

Quality concerned Visit at customer end and improvement.

Involve in internal Audit  of production process.

Kaizen /suggestion for Process /Part improvement & implementation

4M control & Maintaining the 5s on the shop floor?

DWM (daily work management)& monthly cost saving improvement/project submit to management. Project Management ? Accurate planning, timely delivery and reporting for all project deliverables

Engage with the appropriate personnel in the identification and resolution of Corrective/Preventative actions to address Quality, Technical, and Manufacturing issues..

Develop and maintain Behavioral Standards in line with company standards and policy.

Work with shift executives to develop and implement strategic engineering Goals & Objectives.

Rejection analysis by RCA techniques and preparation of CAPA & OEE, KPI  reports .

Actively participated in ISO/TS 16949 & MACE Audit system & preparation of documents related to these system. .

Production planning, schedule study, MRM data preparation for production department.

Cost saving project on regular basis.
