Material Planning and Inventory Management:-

To develop annual plans of the raw material with prioritization & resourcing. Monitor the inventory levels of Raw and Packaging material

Liaising with the suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and resolving supplier and delivery issues.



Logistics and Distribution Management:-

Ensure all the on hand stock is distributed across all the warehouses basis stock level. Responsible planning, controlling, directing the team of logistics & service provider to deliver the cards at third party (circle operators) as per agreed S with customers.

Monitor Manage the customer service, effectively communicating order status, dispatch schedule and due dates to customer.

Ensure timely clearance of material shipments from customs.



Order Process Planning:-

Co-coordinating with customers data gen team for operators circle data for execution of Personalization orders circle wise for all operators.

Coordinating with customers for artwork sample development & approval process.

Follow up for the orders to customers to avoid the capacity loss of the manufacturing at SCIT. Prepare work order necessary for product manufacturing.

Planning of monthly dispatch schedules based on customer orders and co-ordinate production plans and schedules
