Handling machinery installation/erections.

Effective manage man power distribution.

Implement training programs, operation procedures, PPC, continuous improvements.

Effectively achieve high efficiency OEE.

Coordinate with certifying institutions such as ISO/TS to maintain documentation and carry our as per requirements or even apply for new certifications.

Knowledge on mold process, mould loading/unloading, machinery operations, plant machinery.

Create maintenance plan, work plan, job order as required.

To generate production reports, improvements reports and process improvement strategies.

To prepare MRM?s and taking corrective actions and closing the points and effectively monitoring.
