Responsible for process inspection of job carried out in Injection molding Department.

Related in shop floor activities such as 5-s and Kaizen.

To solve product problems during process and set up.

Direct dealing with man power.

To carry out production according to the given plan.

Daily production report feedback to the production department.

Control rejection at in-house analyzing the problem.

Rejection & Rework review and analysis, find root causes.

Give training for quality & productivity Improvement to operators.
