Online product & finished goods inspection.

Handling Third Party Inspection.

Testing of Incoming material & finished products according to specifications & Standards.

Shift handling individually.

Maintaining all QA related documents. 

Efficient knowledge of product testing according to IS 4984 1995, ISO 4427, ISO 4437, IS 14333, IS 14151 (Part 1 & Part 2), IS 14930 (Pt)-2, IS 14885-2001, TEC GR .

Efficient knowledge in Injection molding & Extrusion process.



Technical Skills:-

Testing of MFR, Density, CBC, CBD, Tensile Strength & Elongation, HPT, Reversion, ICOF, ESCR, OIT, Colour fading, Dart Impact, Compression, Bending Tests etc.
