Leading, motivating and developing a workforce of 65 workers and 3 shift engineers to deliver at their utmost potential. . Managing all resources efficiently-manpower, machines, process control to meet Production targets. (Maintain production efficiency of 94%) . Ensure compliance of self-inspection system in order to achieve/maintain zero Defect quality standard. . Maintain spoilage within budgeted norms as defined in SDC. . Ensure continuos running of multi cavity moulds by motivating and developing workforce. (Maintain 99% efficiency of moulds) . Responsible for preventive maintenance schedule (moulds & machines) as well as breakdown maintenance. . Rationalize manufacturing operations to achieve cost reduction. . Ensure 100% compliance on EHS measure. . Ensuring implementation of TQM programs like quality circles, 5S Task Forces, Suggestion scheme. (Facilitator of moulding quality circle) Machine Used:SP series Klockner & Windsor make machines of capacity 80 to 180 Tonnages. DGP & Winmicro series Klockner & Windsor make machines of capacity 75 to 125 Tonnages. Kirloskar Cummins DG set of 320 KVA. Compressor ELGI makes 120 and 150 CFM.
