Job profile-

Check Running online sample and Blend Sample give testing report to production.

Check color shade by using photo spectrometer.(PLASTIC,POLYESTER M.B)

Check all raw materials like polymer (PET, PBT, PP, LLDPE and GPPS). Pigments, solvent dyes and Master Batch testing. Check filter pressure value of online as well as finished master batch sample. Shade matching by making gelimate sheet by using high speed mixer or molding 

swatches or Monofilament,yarn strip, onspectrophoto meter.

Check melt flow index of PP& LLDPE based master batches.

Check moisture content, chips per gram, Apparent density. 

Check I.V. of master batch, dyes & yarn

The Fiber and Yarn test Result as per Standards.

To achieve customer quality of requirements.

To maintain daily quality control report.

To follow safety rules and regulation.

To Certificate of Analysis are Testing Report.
