Job Profile: 

Make  the  first part product inspection (FPPI) report and correct the part 

Preparation of action plan for customer complaints and work with a team for devising foolproof system for preventing future reoccurrence.

Receives drawing at customer end and developed the part according the drawing requirement.

Developed new moulded and extruded rubber & plastic components as per customer requirement.

Preparing daily report submitting to customer.

Customer issue handling for new development.

Make strong system and process orientation.

Good knowledge of moulded and extruded and rubber & plastic components.

Quality improvement.

Maintain the necessary records and submit report as specified by the organization.

Maintain the 5s and kaizen activities & 7 QC tools 

Make the QPCR according to requirement
