To Check ?the Inprocess as per Grade & raw material?

On Line Testing of Finish Good Compound.

Training and Motivate to Worker about Quality.

On line in process monitoring to extrusion Line.

Knowledge of right selection of Dyes and Pigments for colour matching,which can match cost, quality

Visual colour matching skill well supported with the knowledge of MACBETH

colour matching system.



Experience in ?Quality control

Testing As Per ISO and ASTM Standard.

Good knowledge of environmental testing As like as Hot Air Oven, cold chamber?

Two Role Mixer :- To make Sheet of polymeric materials for making compression moldedsheet and for other applications.

Compression molding:- To make test specimens of plastics/rubber by compression molding ?process.

UTM (Universal Testing Machine) :- It used to check mechanical property of various polymeric compound as like tensile strength ?and elongation break and tear strength.

MFI(Melt Flow Index):-To observed uniformly flow rate of PP, ABS, TPR. TPE compounds.

IZOD Impact Tester:- To Check mechanical property of, PP, ABS, PPCP etc .

HDT (Heat Deteriotion Test):- To check Thermal property of PP compound.

Filler content test:- To check filler % ?in PP and TPR compound.

Hardness tester Shore A(ASTM D 2240)

Abrasion tester:- To check abrasive resistance compound.
